1️⃣ Pause and take a breath 🌬️: Between lessons, standstill, take a deep breath, and focus on the air filling your lungs. This simple exercise can bring a remarkable change, keeping you grounded and focused.


2️⃣ Listen to understand ✍️: When interacting with students, listen with the intent to understand, not to respond. This can widen your perspective and build a deeper connection.


3️⃣ Embrace gratitude 🙏: Take a few moments every day to appreciate the good things in life. This simple act can bring an immense sense of fulfillment.
